The Alas de Cristal Foundation is a non-profit organization with more than five years of experience and legally established in Colombia a year ago. Its purpose is to educate, train and help people with moral values and development in society.

Our mission is to generate a positive impact on society by providing informal education programs, advice, consulting and updates that promote the creation of companies in all social sectors.
We are committed to coordinating, promoting and supporting basic infrastructure programs for marginal urban and rural communities and to working for sustainable environmental development.
In addition, we seek to promote the defense and application of human rights for vulnerable populations of all social strata.

They begin this social work by supporting the neediest people in the city of Montería and its surroundings. It all starts with the desire to help those who need it most by bringing some joy through donations and gifts from their own resources.
They are entrepreneurs and leaders in their communities, they are a happy and loving family. For five years they have remained united, promoting the values of respect, love and selfless help to others in society.
They have helped single mothers, impacting the lives of them and their children. They believe in the power to transform lives by honoring all generations of their parents and grandparents, which is why they support and seek help for the elderly. They do not leave young people and children out of their vision for a moment, as they project the future generation to be drivers of change in society, preparing them, training them, and empowering them to be a society full of values and principles.
